In this section you will find the important dates of this edition, how the Event unfolds and how the participating host sites operate.

Registration and enrollment of host sites

New institutions register; existing host sites confirm participation for 2026.

Selection of STEM activities

Each host site chooses 2 (two) activities to carry out during the Ada Lovelace Event.

Registration of girls and egresADAS (alumnae)

Each host site invites girls from its locality. Alumnae (egresADAS) can also join as volunteers.

Preparation and training

Materials, guides and training for the teaching and volunteer teams of each host site.

Ada Lovelace Event

Simultaneously, throughout Latin America, playful STEM activities and live broadcasts that connect more than 100 host sites.

What happens during the Event?

Over the course of one morning, the host sites run in-person STEM workshops and share different live moments with the Ada Lovelace community of Latin America.

9:30 am
Reception and accreditation

Arrival of the girls at each host site, organization of groups and preparation for the start.

Host sites hand out materials and finalize details for the live connection.

10.00 to 10.10 am
Synchronous welcome

Presentation of the organizing team and the participating host sites. Virtual exchange among girls from all over Latin America. Audiovisual screening about Ada Lovelace.

10:15 – 11:15 am
Activity 01

First STEM activity chosen by the host site.

The girls work in teams together with teachers, students and volunteers, developing playful, experimental and collaborative activities.

11:15 – 11:45 am
Break and exchange

A moment of rest and gathering among girls, teachers and organizing teams of each host site.

11:45 – 12:45 am
Activity 02

Second STEM activity chosen by the host site. Same group dynamics and new challenges.

12:45 – 13:00 pm
Synchronous farewell

Final gathering among all participating host sites. The girls share experiences with the entire Ada Lovelace network.
